The Blog:
In-Betweenie-Things, from the maker of Jordi the Mighty, is a blog chronicling my personal Fat Acceptance journey…thing. Why the title? Originally, the blog title was going to be “But You Don’t Look Fat”, based on my own experiences as being a smaller fat/in-betweenie/Fat By Technicality/whatever you want to call it. So I created a space for myself to parse the messages I hear from family and strangers, as well as rants and shameless introspection about fat and why I’m in-between so many things. The other original title concept was “Technically Fat” because even though I don’t look like what other people think of as “fat”, I still am. But, “In-Betweenie-Things” stuck.
The Blogger:
I am a 20-something in Ohio. 25 to be exact. Therefore, I am “in between” a lot of things. My other blog is, again, Jordi the Mighty, which deals with my issues as an ex-Pentecostal.
